Pastor Randy has been the Head of Staff since 2007. His quiet and steady approach to ministry stresses the missional nature of the church, consensus building, faithful stewardship and collaborative efforts. He enjoys preaching and teaching, worship, providing spiritual care to the sick, and connecting with neighbors. Pastor Randy and his wife Ann share time together biking, kayaking, cross-country skiing, and walking their golden retriever.  When they can get away, they drive to Iowa City, Iowa to visit their son Sam, his wife Ashley, and their grandson Fletcher.

Parish Assistant

Nancy began her journey as Parish Assistant in May 2014. She has been a Stephen Minister for 20 years. Upon her retirement as a school system business manager, she offered her pastoral experience to First Pres and was hired as the Parish Assistant. She enjoys getting to know our members on a more personal level, and being able to provide emotional support and member care. She is married and has two children, seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. She is currently checking off the items on her bucket list, including visiting Jerusalem, seeing the Milky Way, and is planning on seeing the Great Wall of China as well as the Galapagos Islands.

Custodian / Groundskeeper

Mary has been the First Pres Custodian / Groundskeeper at First Pres since 2002. In her role, she cleans and beautifies the church inside and outside, including the yardwork. She most enjoys the outside work during the beautiful Spring, Summer, and Fall months. Mary enjoys riding her bicycle, playing with grandchildren, and staying fit through healthy eating and performing CrossFit. CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement which gives a person the opportunity to betters themselves as individuals and prepares them for anything life throws their way.  Mary is married, has four children, and eight grandchildren.

Connie began her career at First Pres in May 2016 with more than 30 years of communications experience. Her favorite part of her job is being able to spread the message of inclusion. Prior to joining First Pres, Connie held positions at several area non-profits and a for-profit. She currently volunteers as a Citizen Advocate for Kate Parizek, serves on the Breath of Life Foundation board of directors, and the American Foundation of Counseling Services marketing committee. Married to Scott, and living in Abrams, they have five children and 10 grandchildren between them. Connie enjoys bicycling, reading, and spending time with family.

Carol has been with First Presbyterian Church for the last 4 years.  She graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with a BBA in Accounting and then went on to become a Certified Public Accountant. She started her career with Arthur Young & Company, one of the then big 8 International Accounting firms. She has worked in private industry and also enjoyed being a college accounting instructor for a number of years. Carol and her husband Tom belong to First Presbyterian Church in Neenah and have two daughters, a son, and one grandson.  She has come to love and admire the people of FPC - GB and feels part of the church family.

Leah has worked for FPC for 11½ years. Prior to working at the church she was an insurance agent for over 20 years. She enjoys working at the church, as she was married here, and has been a member for 40 years. She knows just about everyone and just enjoys working with and for the members of this church. She is married to Lorin and has one son, Scott and three step-children, six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She enjoys working for the church and helping the members. Her hobbies are gardening, reading and playing scrabble.

Organist

Since July 2006, Bob has served as the Sturgeon Bay High School principal. Prior to becoming a school administrator, Bob taught high school business courses for 23 years. He holds a bachelors degree from UW – Whitewater and a masters degree from Marian University. Bob’s avocation is that of church musician. He has served as organist in a variety of churches since high school and has also directed church brass, handbell, and vocal choirs. He holds a Church Music Certificate from Silver Lake College. Bob has served as organist at First Presbyterian since June 2016. Bob and his wife Mary also became members of First Pres in 2016.

Choir Director

Allan was born in Springfield, IL and sang in the choir of the Baptist church where his mother was the organist. He graduated from Purdue University where he studied industrial engineering, and sang in the University Choir and the Varsity Glee Club. He was employed as an Industrial Engineer in the paper industry for 40 years, and now serves as a monitor for Green Bay Schools. He directed his first church choir at the University Presbyterian Church of Purdue in 1953, after which he directed eleven church choirs in three states, and became our choir director in 2005. Al and his wife Sue have been married since 1981. They sing together and entertain at many events. He has four children, 17 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.

Interim Director of Christian Education

Ken has been the Interim Christian Education Director since September 2014. He most enjoys researching and developing efforts of inclusion for our congregation and geared toward the neighborhood, as part of our missional focus of reaching out to our neighbors. His personal mission is to share God’s love outside of the four walls of the church to include those who are marginalized. Ken lives in the Seymour Park neighborhood, and enjoys preaching and leading worship. He is a huge sports fan, loves theatre, and became a member here at First Pres following the closure of Preble Park Presbyterian. He joined this church because he saw opportunities to do good. Ken visualizes his ministerial future as leading worship, developing relationships to help people find God, and letting them know that they are loved and that they matter.
